Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order. Please read below to understand how refunds and returns are handled depending on where you live.

UK & EU Customers

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK) and the Consumer Rights Directive (EU), you have the right to return most items purchased online.

  • You may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.
  • If you cancel within this period, we will refund the full purchase price, including the original delivery cost.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or misprinted.
  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods (or proof of return).
  • Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, unwashed).

To request a return, please contact us at barbellclubinferno@gmail.com with your order details. We will provide the return address and instructions.

Rest of the World (Including USA)

For customers outside the UK & EU, returns are more limited:

  • Returns are accepted only if your item arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted.
  • If this happens, please contact us at barbellclubinferno@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost, or issue a refund if a replacement is not possible.
  • Returns for reasons such as change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or wrong size selection are not accepted for international customers.

Defective or Damaged Items (Worldwide)

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery at barbellclubinferno@gmail.com.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the problem.
  • We’ll investigate and either send a replacement free of charge or issue a refund.

Additional Notes

We recommend using a tracked postal service when returning goods, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Please check our sizing charts carefully before ordering, as we cannot accept returns for incorrect size choices outside the UK/EU.

Refunds are always made to the original payment method.
